Award Nominations Terms and Conditions

By nominating someone you confirm both you and the nominee are 18 years or older;
Any nomination entered with invalid contact details or incorrect information will be excluded (please ensure you provide as much information regarding your nominee for the organising committee to be able to contact them and review your nomination);
Each nominee will need to meet the selection criteria for the nominated category (as in are active and currently working within the category) this may mean your nominee may not be suitable for the category in which you nominate them;
If we are unable to verify or confirm that the nominee is currently active within that specific category, their nomination will be excluded;
Categories with less than 3 nominees are at the committee’s discretion whether they are included as part of the voting process;
Any nominees for individuals or businesses who have shown questionable behaviour ie; bullying, discrimination, violence or other behaviour that is not in the true spirit of the awards may not be eligible to enter, this will be up to the organising committee to approve;
Awards for Alpha Female or Alpha Male, Best Escort Mentor, Best Female Escort or Best Male Escort, Best Social Media Engagement, Hall of Fame and Industry Ambassador will be selected not based on the total number of votes but on the actual impact and contribution they have made within their industry;
The nominee will be notified by email once the nomination has been checked and verified by the organising committee (providing the organising committee has been able to locate contact details for the nominee);
With current travel limitations, social distancing requirements for events in place due to Covid-19 and should restrictions not allow the actual gala awards event to take place, a virtual awards ceremony will be conducted and streamed live online;
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This award category is open to females who work in any role within the Australian Adult Industry

Have been working in this area for a minimum of ten (10) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and
Have been promoting and leading the way in the Australian Adult Entertainment industry.

The final winning entrant is not based on the total number of votes but on the actual impact and contribution they have made within their industry as decided by the organising committee.

This award category is open to males who work in any role within the Australian Adult Industry.

Have been working in this area for a minimum of ten (10) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and have been promoting and leading the way in the Australian Adult Entertainment industry.

The final winning entrant is not based on the total number of votes but on the actual impact and contribution they have made within their industry as decided by the organising committee.

This award category is open to any individual who works in the capacity of an Escort, and
Has been working as an Escort for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and
Provides specifically a Dinner Date Companion Experience to clients.

This award category is open to any individual who works in any role within the Australian Adult Industry and has been working for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and who provides an Anal service to their clients.

This award category is open to any individual who works in any role within the Australian Adult Industry and is marketed specifically as a BBW service provider

Is an Australian size 18, or more, (and advertises as such), and

This award category is open to any individual or company who provides entertainment specifically aimed/promoted as Buck Party Entertainment, and has been providing these services for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

This award category is open to any individual or company who provides entertainment specifically aimed/promoted as a burlesque/boyesque performer, and has been providing these services for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

This award category is open to any individual who works in the capacity of a Performer, specifically catering to the Drag King / Drag Queen Genre, and
Has been providing these services for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

BEST ESCORT DUO

This award category is open to any two (2) persons who work in the capacity as Escorts and can be booked as a Duo.

BEST ESCORT MENTOR

This award category is open to any individual who works in any role within the Australian Adult Industry, and
Has shown a reasonable effort of mentoring new and upcoming individuals within the Adult Industry

This award category is open to females who work in the capacity as an Escort, and

This award category is open to females who have appeared in Studio Porn Productions, and
Have had this work released either by the studio or through other Porn Sites, and
Their first production ever released was in the twelve (12) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.
This category is not open to females who have only done online work such as Onlyfans, Just For Fans etc. This is for specific produced porn work.

BEST FEMALE ONLINE CONTENT CREATOR

This award category is open to females who have appeared in Online work such as Onlyfans, Just For Fans and similar online platforms, and
Is nominated for work which does not include Studio Porn Productions, and

This award category is open to any individual who work in the capacity of an Escort, and
Has been working as an Escort for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and
Who provides a service where a client is able to request the Escort fly to them solely for their booking and service.

BEST GIRL FRIEND EXPERIENCE (GFE)

This award category is open to females who work in the capacity of an Escort, and
Has been working as an Escort for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and
Provides specifically the Girl Friend Experience (GFE) to clients.

BEST GROUP SEX SCENE

This award category is open to all filmed content and production porn in the adult industry, and
Group sex scene must have been filmed a minimum of a 10 month period prior to voting commencement date, and
Group sex scene can consist of any combination or inclusion of Females, Males, TS/non binarys, and
Group sex scene can also be all male, all female, or all TS/non binary, and
Must contain a minimum of at least 3 active participants.

This award category is open to any registered Business, that has been trading for a minimum of eight (8) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and provides a Physical Store Front offering Adult Products.

This award category is open to any individual or company who provides services to the Adult Industry for the purpose of Website Development, Webmasters, or similar and has been providing these services for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

This award category is open to any individual or company that has a website that is specifically aimed/promoted as an Adult website and has been providing these services for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

This award category is open to any two (2) or more persons who work in the capacity of Strippers and can be booked as a group under a specific group name, and
Have been working together as a group for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

This award category is open to any individual who Manages any two (2) or more persons working in the capacity of Strippers and can be booked as a group under a specific group name, and
Have been working together as a group for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

This award category is open to any registered Business, who have been trading for a minimum of eight (8) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and provides a specific venue AND entertainment of an Adult nature,

This award category is open to any individual or company that provides entertainment specifically aimed/promoted as Adults Party Entertainment, and has been providing these services for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

This award category is open to any registered trading Escort Agency, who
Have been trading for a minimum of eight (8) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

This award category is open to any person who is employed by a registered Escort Agency in the capacity of Receptionist, who
Has been employed for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

BEST GENTLEMEN’S CLUB

This award category is open to any registered trading Gentlemen’s Club, who
Have been trading for a minimum of eight (8) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

BEST HENS PARTY ENTERTAINMENT

This award category is open to any individual or company who provide entertainment specially aimed / promoted as Hen’s Party Entertainment, and
Have been providing these services for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

BEST MASSAGE PARLOUR

This award category is open to any registered trading Massage Parlour, who
Have been trading for a minimum of eight (8) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

BEST NEW PRODUCT

This award category is open to any specific actual New Product that has been released, or made available for the first time, in the twelve (12) months immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

BEST PAGEANT

This award category is open to any registered Pageant specifically of an Adult nature, ie: Nude Pageants, and
Have held an event within the twelve (12) months period immediately prior to the voting commencement date.

BEST PORN PRODUCTION COMPANY

This award category is open to any Porn Production Company, who
Have been trading for a minimum of eight (8) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and
Have released at least one (1) Branded Porn Production during that time.

BEST STRIP CLUB VENUE MANAGER

This award category is open to any individual who works in the role of Manager or Venue Manager at an officially registered Strip Club, and
Have been working for a minimum of six (6) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date in that role, and
Have an exceedingly high level of professionalism, business management, and venue presentation.
The final winning entrant is not based on the total number of votes but on their contribution to their venue as a whole and as decided by the organising committee.

BEST STRIPPER AGENCY

This award category is open to any actual Stripper Agency, who
Have been trading for a minimum of eight (8) months in the period immediately prior to the voting commencement date, and
Manage or take bookings for at least three (3) strippers.

INDUSTRY SUPPORTING BUSINESS

This award category is open to any business that supports the Australian Adult Industry, and
They are not necessarily in the Adult Industry themselves however have demonstrated an exceedingly high level of support in the twelve (12) months immediately prior to the voting commencement date.
